Totally agree Bath rugby would never move to Bristol but as you say Rovers are getting desperate for help.

Heard from a gas head today who claims to be ITK that Bodin is off to Cardiff in January and that they are trying to get Bath rugby to share UWE with them, I presume that means getting Bath rugby to finance it.

Agree, this is their cup final.

They harp on about their fantastic fan base and amazing support yet I see that Bradford, Pompey,Charlton, Blackburn, Wigan, Plymouth and MK all have higher av attendance in that league and Lincoln and Luton from league 2 are pretty much on par.

Could be tricky today me thinks. That winless run has to end sometime and we normally oblige. After 1 point from 2 home games if we are to be considered genuine contenders for the top 6 I think we need 4 points from these 2 away games and that is a tough ask, an early goal today though and we should take the points.

I did hear from a gas head "mate" that Rochdale police didn't have any horses on duty on Saturday so I would imagine that stopped quite a few travelling.

I see the crowd at Rochdale yesterday was 2900, I presume they only gave out the away support.

I honestly thought that Post article was a wind up, its the sort of improvements you may see at a village team in the Mid Somerset league, ive got a suggestion for the box, - - -k off back to the non league where you belong although they are way behind plenty of non league clubs, they are an embarassment to Bristol and football.

To be fair and as much as I detest that mob I don't think that is a bad away following for a 12.30 ko and a live TV game

What I really can't fathom out is how so many, well about 8000 odd can be taken in by a bloke with a nice watch and they really think watch man will pump in millions of his own money to do up the rugby ground and they really do believe it, some gas I know are really buzzing thinking they will have the best stadium in Bristol in a couple of years time and that UWE wasn't any good for them, I ALMOST feel sorry for them, they really are an odd bunch, they lost 4-1 today but if we had lost 5-1 they would have been happy, just about sums them up

Think their game against Bath City may be off as I drove past the ground at 5.30 expecting to see the roads gridlocked, thousands in the car park, horses being attacked, local women being assaulted and the GHS headbutting my windscreen but alas not a pikey in sight.

I was thinking of going to this as i am bit of a Bath City fan but not sure i can face being surrouned by 7-8000 of that lot and the 2000 in the carpark !!
