  1. It's going to take some time to adapt to manning ball it seems. I also think this team can do it when they want to which seems there is some kind of motivational issue at play. I am also skeptical of Manning's ability to give a bollocking when required, although glad he at least tried to change things today at HT. Like everyone, very pissed off we cant seem to take points from the lower league teams... Our strike force is blunt and it's basically whether knight or dickie can muster a goal recently. Mehmeti has been peeving me the most of late in terms of effort, but it's not all on him. They are literally bloody static as an entire unit up there. Not good JuJu going into the severnside...!!
  2. Still trying to work out what happend today!!! Tactically inept or tired and not up for it? Really struggle against these teams who block up. If we can't get through the wings we certainly don't seem to have an answer through the middle yet. Everyone seemed so stagnant through the midfield and attack. It's where that bit of quality we had from Scott being able to roll round players or Semenyo smashing through with pure power is so missed. I get the whole cycling back and forth possession game manning is trying to instil even though it pains a bit to watch it, but surely we need to work a bit more on quicker passing and movement cutting through the middle. On to Sheffield and hopefully a kick up the derrière! Also.. cornick on the wing?
  3. I agree, looks a great prospect from what I saw. Can't wait to see him get some minutes. Going to be a bit of a contest on the right wing with Sykes coming back in.
  4. Thankyou Dave. But no questions bout' my infections. I will nail the place down in the weeks to come.
  5. I struggle with tanner. I've spent almost every match worrying about him and his sideways and backwards! Personally think he's far too timid for a mid-upper championship RB and for me Mcrorie is acres ahead of him after only seeing him 2-3 times. I think he got left in his arse a few times tonite too, but quality opposition. Time will tell and appreciate his effort and be a reaaonable fill in for us.
