  1. I’ll second Haveli the Yard. Lovely Indian restaurant and a decent selection on draught.
  2. But yet a foul against us for less to disallow one of our goals ? Terrible inconsistency and bottling from the ref.
  3. While knock offs are on the agenda… https://www.soccer03.com/ No Bristol City, but plenty of other stuff which is worth a look.
  4. Massive club. Will aim to keep an eye out and see how things go. Best of luck to him.
  5. And you can use either the card or your phone’s wallet now ?
  6. Absolutely the best thing is a call for help. Talk to someone even if you’re not feeling great. There’s always people more than happy to jump in and assist. Mental health needs a kick up the arse sometimes ??
  7. For info. I am one of eight in our group of season card/ticket holders. Two of these are cards. Once delivered, I then downloaded them in my phone. I got ‘that’ email saying the card won’t be delivered… though it had; so it was a poorly worded generic email. Yesterday the card worked fine and I still have the e-card on my phone. So I have 2x seats on either a card or phone which will both work, using one of the two options per match ?
  8. Code still available if needed.
  9. You should have the code in your inbox ?
  10. I’ve got a mates rate code if anyone wants to try and get tickets. There may be more than one code, but I’m waiting to hear back.
  11. I know what’s been said. However that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Anyone from the club can say whatever they like to the press. Doesn’t mean it’ll reflect actual plans or intentions. And despite what’s been so say declared when Scott is sold, I’d be more surprised if there weren’t incomings. You have to remember that selling for big money will alert any clubs in advance if we were to start bidding.
  12. If sold, then he will go for our valuation, no doubt. I wouldn’t be surprised to see four new players in. GK, CB, CM/CAM and a striker/forward. Some additional depth would be great for us and help us through the season with busy periods and injuries ?
  13. That Leeds kit ? https://www.footballkitarchive.com/leeds-united-2023-24-away-kit/
  14. Yea that’s incorrect info. The email was what I quoted. I think they misinterpreted the information. If anything, the email is poorly composed as if they hadn’t yet sent any physical cards out. I've got no reason to believe entry cannot be gained one way or the other.
  15. The email doesn’t say that. It says that if you’ve downloaded the season card, then a physical card won’t be posted. However, I did not download any season cards until the physical ones were delivered. I would fully expect one or the other will work only once per match. So if I scan on my phone, the card won’t work and vice versa. Same as any other ticket used for entry. Email: ”Please note as a supporter that has requested a physical season card and successfully downloaded your Digital Season Ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet, you will not receive a physical card. Requesting a physical card was strictly for supporters without a smartphone. By downloading your Digital Season Ticket successfully, you do not require a physical season card. For a guide on Digital Season Tickets please visit our FAQ’s here. Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming you to Ashton Gate soon. ”
  16. An over 65 has a season card posted mainly as a backup, because if I cannot make a match, he has a card. If I am able to attend, his season card is on my phone. Surely both ways can still work? I didn’t download his season card until his plastic version arrived…. Then I got the email today. But my understanding is that their email does not suggest the card won’t work?!
  17. Just forward the email you got where you downloaded the season card over to your mate. They can then delete it from their wallet afterwards. Much easier.
  18. Out of curiosity, what was the response? I’m still waiting on one or two things!
  19. All together now… https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/report-a-breach/personal-data-breach/report-a-data-breach-online-form/
  20. If you don’t need to be in Bristol centre: Italian Kitchen, Hanham. https://maps.app.goo.gl/WdBZHoNrx8qeyYtc6?g_st=ic If you’d rather be in Bristol, then Don Giovanni’s for sure: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fCJa2ZyNjRWmM39U6?g_st=ic Both are very reasonably priced and I’ve enjoyed many good meals of a variety at both ?
  21. Nice pun, even if unintended ? I don’t think it’ll be too much trouble to get a ticket for the Cardiff match btw. @New2City - Sign up as a Bristol Sport member and go from there. https://login.bristol-sport.co.uk/Auth/Register?mandatory=true
  22. On the subject of burgers, the other half and I went to Squeezed. They also serve home made lemonade, hence the name! https://maps.app.goo.gl/83rBpQhWLiw7E8Vf9?g_st=ic Got to be the best burgers I’ve had since Hob Goblin in their peak. Must try. I had a double patty with fries and their lemonade and it filled me up so much, I didn’t need dinner in the evening. Their French fries are something else too. ?
  23. @TomF Everyday Thai Restaurant 0117 965 7007 https://maps.google.com?q=Everyday Thai Restaurant, 11 New Station Rd, Bristol BS16 3RP&ftid=0x48718fdc88a1db7f:0x6d86ab63d1291c69&hl=en-GB&gl=uk&entry=gps&lucs=47067413&g_st=ic Was decent and now much happier that they’re 5 stars for hygiene. They were something poor like a 2 which put me off before!
