  1. Ipswich are now in the Premier league. Manning is still learning the ropes in the Championship I wont say he's out of his depth as we have played some good football at times,  however he has no plan B his tactics and substitutions are questionable sometimes so there is no way he is Premiership ready.

Every talks about the end of season unbeaten run (before the deckchairs came out at Stoke) but we couldnt score in open play against this seasons whipping boys Rotherham only a dive in the box from Tommy and a great free kick from Twine settled it. Hudderfield should have had all 3 points bar a late late penalty to send us home with a lucky point We were poor against Sunderland (should have lost) and Plymouth we were bang average. The only convincing win was against Blackburn and a very good point at Norwich.

So if Ipswich want to take a gamble they are welcome to him but clearly not ready thats just my opinion

Why would you draw the conclusion that advertising means fewer sales?

There is absolutely no logic behind that.

Because someone on here said there is a cut off of 15k leaving the rest as POTD so as they are still advertising they havent reached that target

  3. Parking is a hugh issue now most of the free spaces have been taken away by NSC and BCC When 'Lansdown World' is built there is a provision for a large Multi Storie car park in the plans but if they think that is the answer they are wrong. Have you ever tried getting out of a Multi Storie car Park at the same time as 500 other cars you have to wait for hours. We need the Old Portishead railway line brought back to life for passengers and a new Station built over by the Ford garage We have a lovely ground but terrible parking which will only get worse

  4. Years ago you could park on the Cumberland Basin also near Ashton Ct Mansion, Along the road by the old Police horse section, the slip road for the A370, In County Gates car park, along the road by the Dovecote pub, along the A370 upto David LLoyds as well as a lot of the side streets around BS3. There is too much money in parking and fines these days so it's hard to find a free parking space anywhere near the Stadium (God knows what it would be like if we ever got to the Prem)   I dont see why the club don't investigate running matchday coaches (Football and Rugby)to Games from places like Weston s Mare, Clevedon, Portishead as well as places in North Bristol if it was a good reliable service it would take a lot of traffic off the road and also ease parking issues

  5. Its all up in the air at the moment i dont think much will change apart from crazy kick off times stopping a lot of people being able to attend.

The chosen games for broadcast will be on the Sky+ channel, The others i believe will still be shown overseas on Robins TV

I'm sure some dastardly people will somehow manage to show all the games on a dodgy firestick like at present.

I dont think it will bother the clubs this season but if 24 games a season are going to be moved for broadcast Say 12 of those at home, Well people may rethink buying a ST next season

  6. What do people make of the new EFL TV Deal named SKYSports+ ?  Every weekend 5 championship matches will be moved from Sat 3pm to accomodate the TV.  Friday 7.45/8pm Sat 12.00 and Sat 5pm Sun 12.00 and Mon 7.45/8pm They say there will be an agreement that there is a more equal spread of club picks, with Championship clubs live up to 24 times per season.  Sky are turning football into a TV show rather than a live sport and the greed of club clubs wanting the money voted for this without consideration of the fans

  7. I can only watch 1 episode at a time too harrowing to binge watch.. I find it so hard to believe that this happened just 20 years before i was born and these barbaric things were happening :(

'The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas' is a harrowing film as well which actually left me speechless at the end

  8. With the Euros coming up, it would have made sense to have quality gear with both BCFC and England badges on but we probably havent got the license to sell England stuff through the shop (shame they would have made a packet)

  9. You would have thought he would have given us an update on number of season tickets sales to be honest the interview was a waste of time and we didnt learn anything new from it. Yes we want the hierarchy to come out be honest and keep the fans in the picture but if they arnt going to tell us anything new then why bother
