Whenever anyone says Keith learnt nothing from Gary Johnson, they’re wrong.

    Just wrong.

Beautiful stuff. I watched Sutton United v Walsall last Saturday and that Knowles was a right cheating bellend so nice one Keef.

Last I heard QPR still hadn’t decided whether we’d get both tiers or just the top one. That will affect our following.

The game there I remember from the ‘70s was an evening game in foul weather when Tom Ritchie scored the only goal. We played a long, hopeful, hopeless ball hoofed up and heading straight for their keeper to collect, but first bounce it landed in a big puddle and stopped dead. And just right for Tom to run onto!

They’ve said that they won’t start selling tickets in the lower tier until the upper tier sells out. So I shall be biding my time and waiting for the upper tier to sell out. So much better in the lower - can’t see sod all in the upper.

It’s proper cringe isn’t it and so see through.

The narrative him and their fans have are “if we just had JCH/a proper finisher we’d go up” - well….yeah….so would probably 10 other teams? What side doesn’t ‘need’ the best striker in the league?

It sums them & Barton up that they have assembled their most expensive squad ever, given him the keys to the city, will be insanely over their budget, yet still moan that they haven’t got enough to compete.

Oh he makes me want to vomit (although I was constantly refreshing his Twitter for JCH news on transfer deadline day 🥴) So grateful for James Piercy for us.

Good luck to Barton trying to blame the officials for that one when Oxford had 2 men sent off!

It’s never his fault, it’s never his fffaaauuulllttt, always the victim, it’s never his fault. He’s such a graceless ***** and I’d love him to get the sack (which he NEVER will) but I sort of want him to carry on so I can carry on hating him

  5. I only started watching the game on Sky Sports from 25 minutes onwards and as someone who is definitely more glass half empty than glass half full, I actually thought that TGH was half decent. Some nice touches and some clever passes particularly in the second half. I’m assuming he had most of his negative moments during the first 25 minutes that I didn’t watch? Couldn’t work out what I thought of HR’s performance - didn’t do anything worthy of note good or bad.

“You’ve got to think about where you’re going to be, you sort of get in your own head, like you know you’ve got to think, ‘yeah, at this point I’m probably going to be still at Bristol City for the coming season’. It’s tough to get your head around things like that but thankfully the move did happen eventually".

    Disrespectful? Just me? Probably.

Nope not just you, I thought the same too.
Actually thought that particular bit made him seem a bit of a spoilt brat. Oh yes how terrible that in August there was a chance of you having to potentially remain at City for another few months at a club that adored you before you inevitably got bought.

I guess the rest of the article balances things out but the bits you quoted did irk me but then again I’m a right miserable sod.

Damn! I live in PBO and didn't know they were here today.

Anyone know exactly where the game is being played please as Posh play Cambs U at London Road this evening, so can't imagine it being there.

Doesn’t help when the clubs social media gives about an hours notice that they’re playing. I’m sure they used to make us aware a good few days in advance.

Prepare for them to start crowing and creaming themselves over the big following they will probably take to Reading on Saturday (their first trip there in over 22 years).

I’d absolutely love it if their usual 40,000 loyal and true did turn up to Reading on Saturday…..especially as it’s been postponed due to international call-ups

Have always thought that would be the best and most obvious chant for him….followed by: “And we got his Dad - CHEAP” ?

No shock Holden has been given the boot. His record there is pretty abysmal.

Be amazed if he gets another manager gig now. Clearly a great coach but seemingly lacking the discipline and authority, if his time here is anything to go off.

Good. Unforgivable losing to those pricks from North of the river in the 98th sodding minute.
