  1. It would make us less likely to lose them I am convinced of that. I refer you to my post of seconds earlier
  2. I would say as a caretaker he would be a very good choice. He has all his licenses is constantly talked about as a mentor and was employed as a player/coach, has played at every level has a Premier League winners medal and as a bonus was a City supporter before playing. A very sensible temporary manager. Thus not a chance City would do it!
  3. It would be soooooo Bristol City/Lansdown for BT to end up back in charge of the first team. But we all hope not!
  4. Making King a temporary manager would get a lot of people back onside so to speak. Pearson predicted that Andy King would one day manage Bristol City and my feeling is two possibly three defeats in a row would force Junior and JudgeMeOn Brian to act. However I can see a scenario where Tinion makes himself manager. Just to say Brian if you don’t want chaos resist the temptation and promote King until the end of the season!
  5. The change at the top needn’t be a sale. Just tell playboy to **** *** back to his yacht and bring in a chairman that knows what he’s doing. Junior is Chairman because Senior says so and has now allowed him and JudgeMeOn Brian to make massive mistakes at all of our expenses. Anyone worth his salt could have us on track fast. But I guess the last CEO didn’t last to long, didn’t he say we were in good hands with Nigel Pearson. That turned out well
  6. I am like you. Concerned! The faster we get another six points the better!
  7. This team is defined by performances that lurch to extremes! The performances against the first five were not just poor, they were awful. The players appeared clueless and the manager was clueless as what to do. Southampton we got a good result but could have been two down comfortably before we scored. Watford we did well playing on the break, both games against Boro we got results despite ourselves. Against WHU away we found a through ball to Conway that we can’t find now. We were unlucky to go out to Forest having missed some sitters that is true. I don’t agree with Mr Piercy this is not about supporters being binary it’s about a manager who is binary and intent on installing a one way to play ethic that the players are not doing. Thus we know Mr Manning will be bringing in players spending the money we have in implementing his binary style and blocking player path ways that got us out of the LJ/Holden era mess. The cycle continues in the same way since Tinnions utter failure as a manager and that cycle is overseen by exactly the same people now that’s binary! As far as Ian goes the change is breathtaking and everyone has noticed.
  8. Yes I agree with your comment about how the team appear to be getting off lightly while Manning gets hammered. Without doubt the players are getting a pass for being totally inept as a team OLeary does get a pass in my opinion and certain individuals are not to bad. Knight must wonder how he ended up here Dickie has been by and large steady but as a team they are fearful of trying anything off the cuff that is clearly down to the coach who is implementing a style of play.
  9. We are awful. Not just rubbish but totally inept. It’s not just about two poor results it’s about performances over a period with the exception of a couple of cup ties and one good performance against Southampton Mr Manning himself said yesterday that the players are not learning or implementing what he says, this is clear and obvious. We create little and Conway looks like a shadow of his former self. We have most players back, our bench was as strong as most have seen in years and we are not only rubbish but unable to change a thing. On top of that we are not seeing our kids on the bench even. Absurd when you consider Pearson was criticized inside the club for not playing our youth in front of Andy King. We are another poor result away from being on the fringes of a relegation battle with the prospect of spending our “nest egg” on players that Mr Manning thinks will learn. The whole thing is insane. You have to have the ability not only to get through to players but coach the players and assets you have and they have.
  10. ! yep certainly are some stalkers around. However the difference is that the overwhelming majority backed Pearson for him to be fired by a bloke who proceeded to lie about it. A little different to normal break up I mean firing!
  11. People think we should compete in every game. That really isn’t to much to ask.
  12. I can take losing, we all can we are City fans after all but it’s the manner of the defeats that are so galling. Our team looks disinterested and is clearly not playing for the manager. Watch Mannings manner on the defeat yesterday he already looks broken.
  13. Oh that’s him! To think I bothered to respond to his witterings yesterday!
  14. I would give him a call today and tell him that he should clear his desk ! I would give Andy King temporary control of first team affairs until the end of the season tasked with keeping us up. However what will happen is we will keep showing up to watch this shite and be as compliant as we always are, while junior sits on his hands.
  15. Who was he in previous iterations?
  16. Two consecutive defeats!
  17. You are right Phantom. Its not as if Pearson has ever returned anywhere before. The issue is of course the Lansdown family calls the shots so we will end up with another awful appointment and Tinnion being given control until the end of the season.
  18. I pretty much agree. Conway looks like a shadow of the player he was. He doesn’t see the bloody ball anywhere where he can hurt the opposition. Yes his chances of the Euros have all but gone playing for this ****. If I was him I would hand in a transfer request the day the season ends. The utter crap that gets written supporting this utter crap is vomit making. For the love of god see what is in front of you if you really think we are better or improving. Even our premier podcast has an apologist for Manning and if rumors are to be believed fed by Tinnion. The idea he is a good coach was the comment I always heard about Lee Johnson as some kind of consolation prize for being dreadful at his job. It’s now plain he’s not and Im pretty confident Manning isn’t either. Players want to win games. Manning wants to win games his way. Exactly the same as Johnson. Mannings way could have us on the fringe of a relegation battle by next week. I would leg it down the tunnel quick if we perform like that next weekend.
  19. So do I. BT is great with development and will always be a shithead. But for the love of god keep out of first team affairs and away from SL/JL because you know nothing. However it seems Ian might!
  20. I was reading all about how you can see the improvement in players and tactics from so many recently. Utter nonsense. Manning himself said players have to want to learn after the latest shit show today. Maybe they don’t want to learn from him, regardless of the pretend improvements I can’t see!
  21. It’s 5:08. I have a whole load of tired and emotional in front of me!
