Personally, I don't like the thought of halal meat because I don't think religion should be forced upon anyone. However, I agree that a huge amount of people kicking up a fuss about halal meat have no interest in how their meat is slaughtered (all halal meats served by subway are stunned first so are humane). I imagine in highly populated London branches, it makes perfect business sense. However it is frustrating as someone that frequents subway quite often when working away from my office that pork wont be on the menu. I don't think there is a bigger issue of muslim culture being forced upon Britain. You only have to look at the attempts to set up sharia-law zones to see this.

Gutted about this, I was happy to see this game was still a Saturday as my fixtures see me play Friday and Monday. Would have been my last chance to get in the east end and "say goodbye". So poor from the club that it borders on unbelievable. Only know about this change because of this thread, I rarely check the City website or twitter / Facebook!

Don't think anyone denies JET is talented, he also very lazy defending. Watford on Tuesday we were defending as a team of 10, he did NOTHING defensively. I can understand why Baldock is getting stick but at the same time he HAS rescued us a point today. If he finished every chance he got he wouldn't be in a relegation scrap in League 1. Whose to say if he'd scored the first one, he wouldn't have been marked tighter / given more attention and had the rest of his chances stifled?! Who knows, the whole dynamic of the game changes. What we do know is 1 player doesn't cost us a game. Yes he's missed chances but if he scores in the first half and we don't concede we win? It's the defense that needs to be looked at! At least SC is aware and plans to work on his finishing in training. Let's keep our fingers crossed and remember, we've got two very capable strikers and a team creating plenty of chances.

I really can't understand if your on a wind up or just REALLY thick. 1. You don't know we have had an option of the 1,2 and 3 that's getting mentioned a lot on here. 2. We only know there's an "option 3" because someone posted a link to the Adidas templates. That doesn't mean we ever had a choice! 3. I'm sure when Kevin smith said the club listened to the fans he meant by going back to red and white, after trying something different last year because fans complained our kits were always the same!! 4. Kevin smith said the club would consult us for NEXT season, which suggests we didn't have much of a choice this season. This just seems like a massive witch hunt when you don't know the facts behind the kit selection. All we know is you keep banging on about fans wanting "option 3" which we didn't even know existed before last week, and our kit was decided months ago!

also, going by the voting so far if we had gone for option 3, you would still have 40% of fans unhappy with the decision, the club cant win...

The kits already been decided, produced and is on sale. What exactly are you hoping to get from this? Who says the other 2 kits were even an option? The link was just the templates that Adidas are doing this season. Seemed to me that most teams in the championship last year had the same "template" so perhaps theres a specific deal there that we dont get a choice. We may have signed up to a contract with adidias that meant THEY decide what we wear. Thats how it works with boots for players... The club have said that going forward the fans will be consulted but this season the decision had already been made, now as wrong as that might be, at least they are planning to sort it next time!
