  1. I can almost hear Brian Moore on The Big Match reading out the referee's name before kick-off - "and today's referee is George Courtney from Spennymoor"
  2. Gutting news, saw him most days in Whitchurch, sleep well Sir ?
  3. It gotten ever so dark outside all of a sudden
  4. I’ve just walked home from the office (it’s a 15 minute walk), absolutely boiling ?
  5. In the office today and its absolute air-con bliss, I am actually tempted to kip in here tonight. I went outside just now and the heat hits you like a brick, its very noticeable compared to 'normal' summer days
  6. all over unless RM gets an eagle at the 18th
  7. ridiculous standard from Smith today
  8. On a similar note, was reading this earlier on never heard of him before, the 'Phantom of the Open' https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/golf/62121946
  9. For those that complain about our 'merch' it could be worse, what a grotesque garment (must've been a father's day 'gift', you surely would not purchase such a monstrosity yourself?)
  10. Hummel have produced this away kit for 1. FC Köln, would have preferred something like this to the one we've got
  11. Crystal Palace new home jersey, they've borrowed JL's crayons for this one I would suggest
  12. Bournemouth going for a zig zag look
  13. As of last week, Wrexham had sold 6,800 season tickets, massive club my arse (odd club yes, massive no)
  14. My grief - Southampton going down the garish Hummel route a la our goalkeepers kits (albeit this is their away strip!)
  15. Kyrios is a prize bellend, Kyrgios has always been a prize bellend
  16. Boulter just knocked out Pliskova
  17. Weren't Walsall taken over by some American investment firm a month or two back?
  18. In the mid-80s our games teacher was a rugby man (and a bully at that), and woe betide anyone who wasn't any good at it or hated it as I did (same with cross country, he would literally make you run until your legs buckled). You would not get away with it now, and he didn't get away with it then my dad found out what he was doing and literally went up the school and pinned him against the wall (a surprising event in itself as my dad is the most mild-mannered of men, I didn't have any problems after that!). I got away with the birthday 'fun', birthday was always in the six weeks holiday so was forgotten about by the time term started again!
  19. PSB absolutely flawless, what a catalogue they've got
  20. Just watched First Aid Kit on the iPlayer, I love them
  21. Millwall are now Hummel as well I see,
  22. my boy's favourite colour is orange (I ought to call him Rickie Fowler), he wants one of these
  23. Sorry hadn't seen the original reply, what I meant by 'messing with tradition' is to my mind at least, a West Ham shirt should be claret body with blue sleeves (a claret and blue version of an Arsenal shirt if you like), anything else isn't their traditional style (the actual colours of their new shirt are traditional of course, but the design isn't, which is what I meant! Just my own opinion of course In other news, I saw this new one earlier, thought it was Coventry at first glance but its Cambridge away, wouldn't be adverse to a similar design for our away kit
