    I'm mesmerised by the talent and footballing brains we're showing out there. If you'd never watched them and were told they are 12th tier, you wouldn't be at all surprised.

    Personality aside, Warnock needs a squad of players with big frames. We have powder-puff 5'9" players. On reflection, I fear it would fail. Badly.

    Pearson isn't the answer. Neither was Holden. I was happy with Pearson, but was clearly unaware how tactically inept he is. He's as bad as I've seen.

    Will still cost us a cool million or so, even if he does the 'honourable' thing and leaves. Therein is the problem for the next manager's budget.
