Saudi Arabia Pro League
Gillies Downs Leeds replied to RoystonFoote'snephew's topic in Football Chat
FIFA really need to get a grip. Reports now Newcastle are trying to get Ruben Neves on a 2 year loan from the Saudi team he has just signed for.... -
Should have been a longer ban.

Kane Wilson to Derby - Confirmed

And Cogley was a major transfer target of the blue few. I believe Bolton wanted 2 right backs / wing backs as they were also in for Dabo after his release from Coventry. -
Missed out on one of their transfer targets Cogley from Tranmere who has signed for Bolton.

Jason Knight signed from Derby - Confirmed

Could prob afford fee but no chance on wages. -
West Ham watched him most games last season and like you said Rob Newman was at several of the games. They are the team that have shown the most interest throughout last season and have made themselves known that they were watching Alex. And yes they qualify for the Europa League for winning the conference league.

I have always enjoyed Clive Tyldsley on commentary. Poorly treated by ITV and latterly been on talk sport. Has now left citing he didn't feel comfortable with having to advertise betting odds every 10 mins during commentary.

Think with the McKenna link and the fact they are now in the Championship can see them getting a decent Man U loan in. -
RIP big Gordon.

Club not been tweeting on the hour today which is the usual M.O. when a signing is going to be revealed.

Joe Bryan - Signed for Millwall

We should have gone back to playing Flint at the back. Unbelievably he was left up front even after we had taken the lead. -
Well done City. Only one team wanted to play football, the other were just intent on breaking the game up with "tactical" fouls until they went behind when they showed they could actually play.

Again I know nothing but believe it will be this evening around 7pm.

I know that Bath City have enquired about taking Wiles-Richards on loan and are very keen. I think we may be looking for a conference loan personally. Still think we will be bringing another keeper to the club. -

Local Non League Thread 2022-23
Gillies Downs Leeds replied to Silvio Dante's topic in Football Chat
Just bumping this back up for those that have an interest in the non league scene. Aaron Sainsbury who was Paultons players player and supporters player of the season as left the club. Wouldn't be surprised to see him rock up at Yate. Another keeper to have left is Ben John at Manor Farm. They have since signed on Frankie Phillips (son of Steve) as there number 1. Decent keeper saw him a few times for Chilcompton Sports last season. Paulton now have there new keeper, Sam Jepson who starred for Corsham in there run to semi final of the FA Vase last season. -
Ross McCrorie signed - Confirmed

Unfortunately we all know that there are some city fans both on here and social media who will write him off as a bad signing before he has kicked a ball. -

Has an ankle injury, Nice can only name 6 subs because they have so many injured. -
JUST BIN VAR!!!

Yeah he did have a struggle last year Graham, but if he didn't we wouldn't have had a chance of signing him. Hopefully a change of scenery will get him back to the player he was. In his prime now and a solid signing for me.
