Yes he has some errors in him, he's a keeper and mistakes really show, but his shot stopping and confidence has much improved, the reaction stuff.  It seems when he has time to think he isn't at his best. 

I would argue Max is not coached by Manning, more so the goalkeeper coach.

So he signs for us presumably on higher wages. He gets loaned back, so who is paying the additional wages, us or Derby. Or did Derby pay us a loan fee?

What formation do the U21s play? As Tinnion dictates formation and all levels are meant to play the same way, won't that give us a clue?

4. Formation is set by Mr Tinnion.

5. All levels play the same formation.

How long a contract do we think he will get? 2.5 years seems too short. 3.5 years possibly seems about right. Anything longer they really are backing him with blind faith.

I think it's fairly obvious. The owners don't like to be challenged on decisions. Would very much tie-in with why we have no CEO.
