The celebrity take over at Wrexham, has it ever been confirmed what their intentions were? Was it publicity or are they genuine about getting Wrexham into the big time?

Great series! Like others, it’s one you regret binging once you finished. Watched Blue Story on Netflix as well tonight. Got the guy who plays Jamie from Top Boy in it and his mate as well. Recommend watching if you liked Top Boy.

Looking back at the results, it looks like Derby at home, 4th December, was the last clean sheet. Got slated previously for suggesting Kalas was a massive part of our defensive problems. People can’t seem to look past the fact he was an expensive signing from Chelsea and that automatically makes him exempt from blame. He is not a leader, not a ball winner and not someone who can carry the ball out of defence. Hoping today gives us an insight into what we can be like without players being picked purely by reputation.

What point is he trying to prove though? He has signed Simpson and Tanner, plus Vyner can play right back as well. If he is trying to prove a point about lack of players/funds then he is choosing the wrong position for that!

With regards to the Taylor/Catterall fight and the investigation into the scoring, what is the best possible outcome, regardless of how unlikely it is, for Catterall?

What does £8m for a centre back get you if it’s not a leader though, this is the problem. He should be supporting the youngsters around him, leading by example, talking to them constantly. He is a full international for a decent country. Beat Holland and played in the quarter finals at Euro 2020. He should be the absolute shinning example at this club but I just don’t see it. People on here saying he puts his body in the line. That’s an absolute minimum I would expect of him. How about even getting the pure basics of defending right? Don’t get lost in your own penalty box, challenge your man/area at corners. I saw more passion and commitment in Jamie McCombe, more leadership in Shaun Taylor and Louis Carey. This weren’t big time internationals but Kalas could well do with using these as role models while at this club.

I don’t understand why people rate him so highly. At fault for the first two goals today. In no man’s land for the first and totally no effort to jump for the second. He has been a big part of a defensive problem for the last few seasons now. Could some please share with me their reasons as to why they think he is any good as I am genuinely intrigued as to what I am missing. Rumoured to be the top earner, not sure where the value for money is. First one out the door this summer for me.

Given his lack of games, let’s hope he is ready to hit the ground running and it isn’t one of these that we are hearing about lack of fitness being an issue when March comes around

It’s a situation that needs to be resolved asap. Those goals tonight were down to a complete lack of dominance from Max. Apart from the villa game a few seasons ago we’ve seen nothing from him to suggest he is a capable championship keeper.

I have missed something? One of the stand out performers at the start of season. Appreciate he got injured but at the saying goes, if you are fit enough to be on the bench then you are fit enough to start. So why isn’t he?

I did make reference to the Hull game as well as I know it’s not just them but it’s everything that goes along with them. As for the homophobic chanting, does it matter what is sang? Who are you to decide what I’d offensive to others?

They really are the most vile club around aren’t they?! Being investigated today for two reasons. One being a bottle thrown onto the pitch at a Palace players and the other for homophobic chants at another Palace player. Watching the Hull/Everton and it appears throwing objects onto the pitch is becoming very popular again for some stupid reason.
