I'm new here and the first thing I see is a 57 page long thread about the g*s. Bit obsessive don't you think. sigh.
Bore off

Surely even those dumb arsed freaks cannot be thick enough to accept becoming tenants again.
-
Even by gas standards you'd have to be ******* stupid to believe all those answers...
To put it in poker parlance they're pot committed and about to go all in on a pair of tens when there is quite clearly a flush on the table

That's relatively polite! not here for a bitch, but
Clearly here for a bitch then

Let em die, let em die, let em die etc etc

Don't forget that the gas are still in the hat

This could be a long couple of days for our bowlers.
Doesn't cook know that tails never fails?
-
If we are going in with 2 spinners that is crazy.
Not really. Just seen the pitch report. It is bone dry.
A draw would be likely. Doesn't matter our batsme need runs and lots of them.
Perth next and expect that to be a lightening fast green top
-
Stokes?!
I didn't see that.
Batting line up looks shaky but really needs to preform
-
I agree his players let him down big style, get a grip this nothing to do with the fans whatsoever, it's everything to do with 2 wins in 18 this season and being in a relegation spot.
Apparently facts aren't cutting it.
Its all about sentiment and the inability to see you may have been wrong

Toys Pram Thrown? Suck it up Aizoon, we're here for the long run. Take a step back, ditch the panic and the emotion and look at the table. Based on results since he took over the board have in this case made the right decision, we have a chance to change, there is no doom. Sure we may fail, but it is no longer a guarentee as it appeared under SOD
The Pillars will remain so things are good. For once. all is good for the club and the knee jerking because a false idol has been sacked, is bizarre in the extreme
I shouldn't worry about it. Panic is the most highly contagious thing on planet earth.
-
league 2, here we come.
That was nailed on anyway
-
we will now lose pemberton and burt who came to work with him. Jet will also leave as he prefers to work under SOD who is the only man who knows how to get the best out of him.
back to square one just as we were about to turn the corner.
Who ever the new manager is will not play the youth and will not get on with JET.
Very bad ecision by the board again and I can only see it getting worse.
Disgraceful decision.
Don't panic! Don't panic!

About ******* time.
Stuck with all the crap he's signed

Our top order is in a complete flap. Our bowlers and Bell have been wining tests for a while. No batsmen has had to face top class fast, short pitched bowling for years. Johnson is doing it and doing it well. Worked hard on his action and so far it is paying off big.
Cook's captaincy is in the shadow of Clarke's.
Swann was getting smacked all ovwer the place from being too aggresive, Cook should've told him to try to keep it tight and stiffle them, just as they had Lyon do to us. Out thought and out preformed at the moment.
Good thing is it is a 5 match series and you don't loose it in the first test
-
Just got up
What the ****!
Batsmen fail again
Nathan Lyon? Really?
My lord!
-
Ha. Their batting is naff and broad can bowl

Rant time
Batting wickets. Ruining test cricket. This has 450 plus written all over it. Nothing for the bowlers.
Test cricket is about contests. Bowl well you'll take wickets bat well you'll score runs.
-
Is Warner trying to win this in the first session?

Full commentary on 5 live sports extra for those of us on nights.

Balls to it. I'm staying up to watch at least the first session

Their batting line up isn't strong enough.
Drawn series or England sneak a win.
I do tend to agree with the Australian view of cook's captaincy though. He struggles to find a plan b

But do you really believe that? Who said it - an independent commission or the club spin doctors?
Let's be clear about this. Ashton Vale would blow Ashton Gate out of the water, which was the whole reason for going there. I'd be amazed if a redeveloped Gate hits as high as 60% the turnover of AV.
Is that the same spin doctors who said that staying at the gate was not viable and the only option was to move but now it is fine to stay?
These was so much bull spread about the move I see it is still working.
