  1. So it appears that DAZN have taken £150.99 from everyone that had NFL Game Pass no matter how they usually paid for it. It’s upset a lot of people on the NFL UK Facebook page and on twitter. Some that have cancelled their accounts in the last few weeks have  also been charged. It’s impossible to contact DAZN. Their contact/help bot thing is not working on their website and their phone number down too. Not sure anything will happen. An admin in the Facebook group has been told the the NFL are unhappy about this and had a phone call with DAZN scheduled for this afternoon.

Makes me wonder if some clubs get stubborn and don't pay 25m and we hold onto Scott. If or how much his value could change in January,

Will all depend on how well or badly we and he are doing.
If we’re 8 points clear and he’s contributing goals and assists most weeks then we won’t be selling. In that case I’d assume he signs a new contract with us with a release clause in case we bottle it.

If we’re bottom half and he’s not really contributing then we could get a real low offer.

I've signed into it on DAZN, and all the content seems the same for now. Worryingly no mention of costs etc in the announcement.

Yeah I think there is more information to come out. Some have moaned that there is less content currently but they have replied to those people saying there will be more eventually. Will have a look this evening when I get home and try and find out more info. I hope they don’t get us to sign up to the full DAZN package.

  4. Do any of you subscribe to NFL Game pass international?

I’ve had a couple of emails this week saying it’s now gone over to DAZN and that I need to log in there and transfer my account across. Seen a few complaining about DAZN on twitter. Has anyone completed the transfer across from Game pass to DAZN successfully already? I make 4 monthly payments which usually begin in August or September. Not sure if DAZN offer the same method of payment or whether they expect it all at once.

Was certainly an enjoyable one - we were in an out within 35 minutes too (including a starter!), service was brilliant. Great vibes in there and decorated the place beautifully.

Highly recommend for anyone after somewhere that ticks all the boxes for an Italian.

In and out in 35 minutes? Is that a good thing? ?

what’s the point in going out for a meal if you’re done that quick?

TWTD - some posters are on a different planet.

    • Tom Cannon
    • Zian Fleming
    • Jerry Yates but no more than £650k

Gustavo Hamer the latest one they think they can just cherry pick from another championship club. Some serious delusions of grandly over on that forum.

  7. The Andy Johnson (ex West Brom, forest, Norwich & wales midfielder) episode is hilarious. Didn’t realise he was Bristolian. Also the Rowan Vine one is great. Within a minute I thought he was a knob, by the end I found him hilarious. Luke Chadwick was also really funny. Nicky Hunt one is worth a watch, seems a decent bloke. Few ex city players like Steven Davies, Wilbraham, David Cotterill, Orr, Caulker, Luke Steele all been on. Wilbs probably the only one worth watching though.

  8. Had a quick scan of the Aberdeen forum. They want him gone. Most don’t rate him. Doesn’t seem to have one position that he stands out in. Been playing wing back this season but can possibly play centre back and maybe defensive central midfield. £2m seems a lot, especially with tanner, Wilson, sykes that can all play right wing back. Maybe nige sees him as a centre back that can cover at wing back. Reading their forum, it doesn’t fill me with excitement but I trust Nige so hopefully he’ll improve us.

  9. When I watched this episode I felt that they kind of skimmed over this part of the interview. Like there was more to it but he didn’t want to talk about it. Like it was easier to say “yeah I was poor and I’ll hold my hand up to it” than talking about what was really happening. Maybe he didn’t want to admit he was depressed. You don’t play that many games in the premier league and just become crap like that. Must have been something else going on. That just my feeling from watching it.

  10. A lot of NFL pundits over the pond picking the bills or the chargers. I’m hoping Trey Lance lives up to expectations and can lead the 49ers to another Super Bowl. So glad it’s back. Can’t beat those Autumn/Winter  Sunday afternoons, roast dinner, bottle of red and some NFL on the tv.

O’Driscoll was the manager for that game.

That was the very early part of SODs reign in charge. We played very basic football that night, but won. We actually had a good home record under SOD that season.

Ha. The years of underachieving all blurred into one big haze. ?

Ah well, fair play to SO’D then in that case.

  12. Remember playing Watford at home who were blowing everyone away under Zola at the time. McInnes parked the bus (much to the disgust of most of the old codgers in the Dolman around me) and Watford didn’t know what to do. We won 2-0. That’s probably the only time I’ve seen a city manager with a far inferior side to our opponent, tactically outdo his opposite number. You wouldn’t have wanted to watch it every week but it certainly stopped Watford from ripping us a new one. I thought McInnes had something about him after that and was excited about what he could do if he could have time to get rid of the overpaid deadwood. Bugs me when our fans say he was useless. The club and squad was such a mess, he was on a hiding to nothing.

Can anyone see past a Chiefs v Rams SB? I know after last weekend it's foolish to predict games this season!

Maybe I’m being biased as a Niners fan but Shanahan seems to always get the better of McVay. Sofi Stadium (aka Levi‘s Stadium South) will be 65% Niners fans, Deebo is another level. Bosa, Warner, Trent Williams, Kittle, Elijah Mitchell, Juszczyk, Jennings are all playing really well at the moment. I wasn’t confident of beating Green Bay but always said if we did then we’ll get to the Super Bowl. I know when you’re confident you should really keep it to yourself because it’ll come back to bite you on the ass but I’m much more relaxed about this than the Packers game.
