I don't think I ever told you my thoughts on Dark Matter? Truly exceptional. I'm a fan of stouts and I think this knocks Guinness out of the park. Really rich, full flavour, a hint of bitterness but so so smooth. Very drinkable - I demolished five pints on Friday and could have drank more. Sadly I'm out of all supplies now - Uplands Social will be ready in about two weeks - have to take a trip to the offy! I find with all the beers I bottle (1 carb drop per 500ml bottle) is that they are very excitable when I pop the lid.
