  1. I have a group of  4 travelling down from Leeds who would like to take in the game on the way to there Holiday in Cornwall.

Long time supporters who regularly support up North but don't get the chance to visit the gate too often.

If anyone has any spare codes it would be a great help and be much appreciated.

As someone that lives only 50 metres from the station, on a purely selfish note hope to god they bring in a resident parking scheme as people will flood into the village from Portbury, Easton in Gordano, and ham green, it's bad enough trying to park now god knows what it will be like when the station opens.

The obvious way around this would be to build an new park and ride  station next to the Portbury motorway junction.

Drop down off the motorway park up, and in the middle of Bristol in twenty minutes.

Just as needed as a new station at Ashton Gate but far to forward thinking for our transport planners.

"In terms of the infrastructure we’ve three new bars, a new shop, electronic turnstiles, ten new partners, so all of those have been huge projects really given the amount of time we’ve had.

"We’re still obviously working through teething issues with all of those

    What a complete embarrassment

Yep. Some of the guide ropes have come loose.

Well - no.  Although he did say the UWE is the only site they're looking at, and funding isn't a problem. But then said a team of accountants are currently reviewing feasibility and lots of discussions with other parties need to conclude.  So nobody any the wiser really.

Oh and just about the worst fans panel they could pull together - cringeworthy even if I say so myself.

    Yep

    Question:

Where do you want this club to be in a years time.

    Answer:

    Above Bristol City.

    Question:

What is the ambition of this club.

    Answer:

To be higher in the League than Bristol City.

Added to one chap who was surprised that Doppy Daryl talked to Leeds as they really are no bigger than Rovers and you get an idea of how dilussional they where.

Actually turned into a bit of comedy gold me on my cycle trip home.

  5. So basically a bloke who's worth billions is in London today talking to financiers about finding the money for the new stadium and a high court ruling that wasn't important about the stadium going ahead is important enough that they want to take it to the supreme court.

    Sounds interesting !

Came to OTIB first for the stadium appeal update, so thanks guys.

    Just a quick one though:

Rovers have said that the outcome of their court case with Sainsbury's is "no longer relevant"

That's why Rovers statement this morning stated

“ We will be looking closely at the Judgement   to assess its implications for the club and its future   and will make a further statement in due course”

    Sounds pretty relevant to me
