  1. Bit harsh on Drogba's goal record, he got 29 in 32 games one season in the prem!
  2. Yeah Jonny Smith, the next Gareth Bale. But he was never in and around the first team and it doesn't make much sense DaveFevs mentioning him! Maybe he meant Semenyo? Thanks, poor girl is going to be a Bristol City fan.
  3. Sorry Dave, this may be a silly question as I have barely slept due to have a 5 day old but who is Smith? Surely that isn't true!
  4. Far cry from small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts. Rush goalie. Two at the back, three in the middle, four up front, one's gone home for his tea. Beans on toast? Possibly, don't quote me on that. Marvellous.
  5. They're just jealous because we're better than them at everything.
  6. I wouldn't say he's overrated at all. Hes only just turned 21 and is comfortably good enough for this level. He has made a few errors and can be inconsistent but he's still got about 8 years until he hits his prime. He was poor against Blackpool but absolutely ran the show against Luton and was everywhere. He's got a bit of everything to his game and has started getting himself into good positions, though his finishing has let him down. Really hope he signs a new deal as he is a great option to have.
  7. I agree, I think so far this season its been completely different on that front. The Hull goal was a complete fluke, Blackpool was just an awful error. Last season we looked like we would fold and concede every match but Blackpool we looked OK and in some control, the clean sheets were pretty comfortably seen out. Reason for optimism in my opinion in defence, especially if we can get Kalas back playing to his potential though Vyner has done very well.
  8. God knows why, it's an absolute dive.
  9. I personally would have taken Wells off for Tanner to have a more defensive minded right back.
  10. Don't worry I'm fairly confident Wilson will make the position his own eventually, I think Pearson is just easing him in through training and occasional performances. Huge step up from League Two but he looks like he has the potential.
  11. And we've won 2/3 of those games. Give it a rest...
  12. Wouldn't be surprised if one of them starts next match. Sykes and Scott have played well so would be harsh to drop them.
  13. It is becoming quite tiresome. Just have a few weeks off while we're playing alright and bring all this up when we start losing again.
  14. Mostly a good performance, a lot to be positive about.
  15. Scott should have scored. Another great free kick from Naismith. Why does he take set pieces he's a centre back!!!
  16. Pearson would have in that situation ?
  17. Neil seemed very positive about the signing though?
