Nobody seems to have mentioned Chris Hughton..........wasn't that long ago he was being lauded by all and sundry. How quickly things change

Way I see it is that he's a businessman trying to run a football club with no idea how to and trying to make it run like his businesses do. He hasn't got the feel for a football club. He doesn't appoint football experts around him and consult them. I know Tins has done a decent job with youths/loans but he's not exactly top class. Pearson was old school and took no sh1t from anyone. It was only ever going to end one way after he spoke out about lack of communication from above. Yes, he deserves a new contract but it wasn't going to happen.

Watched 20 minutes. Utter dross. Turned over for Repair Shop and Grand Designs. -
Sounds like he's found his rock bottom and is on his way back with proper help and guidance. Sharing his problems is a huge step and one that takes immense courage. I have so much respect for him talking publicly about stuff that must be very painful. On his day he's a magnificent footballer, graced with so much natural talent. I think Dyche will be an excellent manager to help him try to get back to his best. Good luck Dele

I think our general aim this season was to consolidate and try to avoid a relegation battle. I don't think many fans have genuine play off aspirations. Fwiw I'd give him a 3 year extension immediately. First proper manager we've had for decades

He's already outgrowing us. He's that good.

Looking at him tonight I think he'd walk into any midfield in a mid table premier league team ie Palace or Wolves. If he went to Spurs or Newcastle maybe we could get him back on loan for a year but he's already too good for our league. Good luck to the lad. I for one will be proud when he walks out for England alongside Rice. The boy is that good

Need to keep hold of him. If we can tie him down it's as good as a new signing
-
Still needs to get his head up and play the simple pass though

Praising him big style. They've heard about him and he didn't disappoint. Quality

Proud of our team. Proud of how far our management has brought us. Proud of our fans and the noise they make. This club is going places

The 1st leg in Bristol was the first big occasion I saw as a 9 year-old. Midweek under floodlights with cigarette smoke swirling around in the air. I used to stand in the enclosure, right down the front and it was magical. We didn't even get on tv as itv showed highlights of both legs of the other semi because Man Ure were playing

I was in the RAF at Machrihanish. A tiny little station near the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland. I listened to the radio commentary after travelling over 600 miles for the 1st leg at Ashton Gate. I ran up and down the corridors in my accommodation block after we won and drank heartily in the NAAFI after the game. So sad I missed bring there

If we sell Semenyo and Scott in January for £20 million plus, buy well and he keeps us up he's done his job. He inherited a bang average squad but a good youth set up. He needs to build his own team. I know some of his purchases have disappointed and are in and out of the squad but most are still young enough to improve and knit as a squad. He should stay
