maine boy Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 just got back and am totally devastated,we were far the much better team, the defence were supberb midfield battled admiirabley,forwards chased endlessley,ther only shortfall was again the lack of a goal scorer in front of goal and take it from me we had loads of chances today,the vocal support never really got going why who knows,overall hull were a very lucky side today one chance one goal but goals win games never mind let's see what next season holds in store Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

City Exile Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 Cannot say we were unlucky or they were lucky. Just one of those games which they won by scoring the only goal! Know that sounds silly, but there you go. Thought box to box we were best, created a few more chances, and on another day we could have sneaked it. Just the way it crumbles in a tight match sometmes.
