Yeah couldn't be assed to put them in alphebetical order

I do not know what the record number is for managers sacked in a championship season.....but I suspect whatever it is it will be broken next season.Apart from about 6 teams all the others will be looking to at least reach a play-off spot, pressure for sure and a lot of managerial casualties for sure.

Thats a tough looking list, and will be the most competitive league in the England.

but there's one big difference from before the start of last season ...

we're not going to be regarded as an easy points gimme by any of the other teams.

and none of them will relish coming to the fortress that THE GATE is becoming.

I've just one wish, to be at home for the first and last games of the season......... its worked well for us in recent times.

Pretty pointless as far as Forest go. I expect us to be mid table to lower mid table at absolute best unless we make some great signings. Derby wont go up either, even with that fat bastard Commons they will be hungover from their 'excusion' in the top division :icecream: .

I expect Forest to do well.

Get a couple of decent players in and you'll have as much chance as any other team.

I can't see any team that's capable of running away with it and probably around 16 clubs are equipped for the playoffs because of decent squads, financial backing or parachute payments.

With a couple of additions, Forest should be in the mix for the playoffs/promotion.

I would agree cynic. The division seems to be a very open one which doesn't suit the relegated Prem clubs but suits everyone else.

We have a very solid defence but we have been short up front all season so we need to sign a clinical forward or two - I know we are in negotiations with Earnshaw.

I think your club are the benchmark for us but after 3 years in league one I am not expecting anything. A safe midtable campaign would be more than acceptable to me.

Looking forward to visiting Ashton Gate again, lovely old fashioned ground and traditionally we haven't done too badly against you lot.

Congrats on the terrific season anyway, you will be up there again under Gary Johnson.

It was a good season for us and totally unexpected by the vast majority.

Expect the unexpected mate !

:fingerscrossed: I think your old friend Colin Calderwood has improved this past season too. At one point we were 11 points off of 2nd, he realised his cautious approach wasn't working and went attacking. The result was we won 6 of our last 7 games including a huge away win at Carlisle.

He's very good in the transfer market too. We've all still got our doubts but the key to success really is stability.

Very pleased to see Les'dah take our place after they probably set the record for managers appointed and sacked in a season.

Anyway, finishing midtable and beating the mutton molestors home and away would be a successful campaign :clapping: .

I tip City to make the playoffs again, but have a feeling Forest may well be next season's surprise package. I think any money on them at 25/1 to win the division is money lost however. I also have a sneaky suspicion that Birmingham are going to implode next season and have a shocker.

Reading are an awful price. The Championship is definately a league where backing the favourites is a big no no.

Its refreshing to be in a league where the other teams will be coming to the City Ground to try and win instead of park the bus for a point too.
