If Rovers don't move to Cheltenham then surely our Gloucestershire friends can sue for breach of contract or otherwise expect payment of two years rent in full? As for the rugby lot, either Rovers must let them play back at the Mem rent free for two years or they'll have to re-imburse the entire cost of their unnecessary Newport move?
