Nibor Posted June 1, 2008 Report Share Posted June 1, 2008 If you're just talking about ripping out a bath, toilet and sink and replacing them with ones in roughly the same place (so there's no real pipe work) I'd think you're looking at half a days work for a plumber and his YTS kid, depends on their rate. Definitely get a few quotes if you don't have a recommendation, there are a few rip off merchants about. I've used Blue Flame before and they were good but I think they do mainly heating. When I was renting the landlord used them and the were hardly the most professional operation. As with most major-ish DIY jobs it's best to get somebody in if you're not confident of doing it yourself. They'll have it finished in next to no time and the finish should be much better than anything you could do yourself.
