Hes techincally the Mum, they used donor sperm, and he stopped taking his testosterone so he would start ovulating again. Even considering the chemical imbalances and genes round the wrong way etc.. and all the surgery and nonsense that goes with it. A man will never give birth becuase that has never happened and will never happen ever.
