punnett Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 As Bristol tax-payers we are part-funding the running & upkeep of the South Bristol sports centre which is actually a charity, where the blue-few are now training, would i be able to withold my council rates in protest? In the SBSC promotion leaflet it states that the centre is run "for the promoting of sports facilities WITHIN the local community" since when has North Bristol been part of South Bristol?
