See no reason before and after the match why anybody could not use this, but logistically if you were in the Williams Stand there is no way you would get around the ground into the room then back to your seat in the 15 minute break - then the club probably don't want numbers of fans wandering either in and out of the ground or around the pitch side getting to and from their seats. One thing that surprised me was that I did not even know this hospitality existed in the Dolman Bar this season - so thats two sides of the ground geared up for hospitality !
