The Man In Black Posted August 1, 2008 Report Share Posted August 1, 2008 I believe the reason given a couple of seasons ago was that they needed to cover the cost to the club of the card handling fees. Most retail outlets factor them into the prices but Colin S argued that we don't shift a high enough volume to absorb the cost or something like that. Whether you think that's a valid reason or not is your opinion... I'm pretty sure that the card fees are a hell of a lot less than they used to be.
