Trollop suggested that the team go to Greece for a ' bonding week ' prior to the commencement of the new season . The players got together though and decided that they wanted to visit Blackpool instead . The chairman called over a couple of the senior players after Trollop had told him of the decision and he asked them was their reasoning down to the club making even more cutbacks thus saving the club some money . No they said , we looked at the players the gaffer has bought in over the last month and we thought it was going to be the best chance we'll get to be on the top deck of an open top bus this season .
