The Man In Black
Always good to get the other view... especially when they felt that we were time wasting and pulling shirts. Which funnily enough, is all I thought they did. And interesting they thought that Dele was "strong and powerful", I thought that he fell over after headers too often, and quite often found himself on the wing and didn't quite seem to know what to do with himself out there. I think I would rather start with Brooker than Dele.
Ron
I think I would rather start with Brooker than Dele. Rather both than Maynard, based on the two home games.
bh_red
Rather both than Maynard, based on the two home games. agreed, these forwards who do nothing all game but score goals are a waste of time.......goal scorer is SO OVERATED
The Man In Black
Rather both than Maynard, based on the two home games. The way he got into the box to poke the ball in the back of the net from a rebound is exactly what we have been needing. As cynic said, the other players can get into a bit of rough and tumble if they need to.
