DolmanDudess
Its rubbish, the stand is a fair way from the pitch.

Simez
At least though on Saturday we wont have cold arses or knackered knees (was kneeling at back although at 1-0 down might of been praying too ) Also there`ll be no roof supports to block the great view because there isn`t one so lets hope for a dry day. Here`s somewhere else to have a look at the wonders of The Withdean http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/town/park/yfh45/brighton.htm
Chez
The seats where nearly as bad as Luton! (Stand up if you can't sit down). I didn't want to get too excited yesterday as I knew I would have ended up arse over t!t in the front row!
wesco
brighton is bad though, imagine a temerary stand which probably isn't safe if we were all to get a little over excited (No worry there) which is located where the burger van was yesterday and then you have Brighton. oldfield
You get a good view of the High Jump, but not of the football.
cheshire_red
I believe the stands are actually owned by the Royal & Ancient and are used for the Open Golf each summer!
NATCHER
I believe the stands are actually owned by the Royal & Ancient and are used for the Open Golf each summer! I suppose a little "birdie" told you that. Could be a "fore", "fore" draw then.

Guest The Happy Seagull
Withdean Stadium is awful, just pray it doesn't rain. Shame you're coming 3 or 4 years before we build our new stadium (planning permission pending!)
WestburyRed
Withdean Stadium is awful, just pray it doesn't rain. Shame you're coming 3 or 4 years before we build our new stadium (planning permission pending!) Nice stadium, although I'm sure the final result will be an identikit enclosed affair (just the 3 sides if you run out of money) like every other new ground in the country. Good luck though, would be nice to see something a bit different. Man City's stadium is the only new stadium that looks a bit different at the moment, and thats only because it was built for athletics!
Guest The Happy Seagull
The cost of land round here is so expensive our stadium will cost around £48m to build. Sunderland's cost £17.5m. We're in a rut at the moment but once (if) John Prescott gives the go ahead in January then there will some more investment and that coincides with the Premiership transfer window. We just have to struggle through the next 7 games...

Guest The Happy Seagull
The ticket is expensive but does include two £2 travel vouchers which covers you for free train and bus travel in the Travel Zone, which extends as far north as Haywards Heath, as far west as Worthing and as far east as Seaford.
