Topsham Red
Everton's first signing of the summer could be Egyptian striker Emad Meteb, who plays for Al-Ahly. (News Of The World) - talk about desperate.
x3widRacin
Moteab is on loan to some club in Saudi Arabia as of the other day. He's obviously got agent problems.

InCider
http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/foot...rticle16641.ece Anyone see this? I wonder if Moyes is aware of the **** he and his club put us through. Although, I assume there's little truth in the story coming from NOTW . . . Whale Eye Beef Hooked
According to the notw ( must be true then !! ) Metab is weighing up the option of moving to Eveton for 1.8 million. Cant see it myself :noexpression:
Guest Eamer
How can Moteab sign for Everton when he's signed a loan deal in the Saudi League... he really has no idea what he's doing does he?
walshy-shuffle-carl-shutt
Apparently Everton are considering a bid for Emad Metab £1.8m. If this is true then GJ judgement for talent must be held in high regard in all th right places. Anyone want to take a guess when this might through? Jan window 2010 would be my best guess knowing what we know bout those fellas.

Guest Eamer
Can't believe Everton would actually be interested. Moyes is really panicking at the moment. Got rid of Johnson and brough in zero players at all it's crazy. Moteab has gone away on Loan too so can't see how it could happen...

Having looked at the Everton squad on their website just now they really only have the one senior striker in Yakubu, the rest are all 20 or under.
