westred1
Everyone has said we miss Marv a lot and I agree. And most people have said Maynard is getting the right service from midfield. So once Elliott is back in the team playing regularly, will he help lift the team's performance and create more for Maynard? Thoughts....
Red Zeppelin
Without a doubt. Not only provides a better defensive foundation than Skuse, but most importantly Elliott is twice as creative as Cole which will make a massive difference for our attack. rockin-robin
Personally i don't think elliot is that type of player. What he will bring though is more cover for our playmakers to actually play. he'll also break the play up a lot more which will open up the game for players like Maynard to get in behind defences. dziekanowski
my opinion is maynard is not going to score goals untill we give him any service, launching the ball 30 yards and expecting dele to knock it down to maynard feet is not going to get him goals! Redhyde
It'll make us more effective and therefore by default Maynard.
