One Team In Keynsham
On 2nd November I am heading up to NYC to run their marathon. Its my 3rd one but the 1st time I have been organised enough to try and raise money. I am running to benefit Stay-Focused: details can be found on their web page http://www.stay-focused.org but in short they are a US based charity that brings teens and young adults with disabilities to Grand Cayman to become certified SCUBA divers and to learn a whole range of life lessons. In addition, they support medical research exploring the beneficial aspects of water sports on persons with mobility issues. My goal is to raise USD2,000, which would cover the cost of 4 people taking the diving course. If any of you would like to donate, you can do so via the web page http://www.firstgiving.com/philbrown At time of posting I am just over half way to that target, and any amount you choose to donate, large or small, would be gratefully accepted. If you would like any more info, feel free to PM me. Thanks for listening. OTIK

Mad Cyril
Why any one living on a beech in fantastic year round sunshine would want to train for anything, let alone a marathon, beats me. You have issues sir. Take my squalid contribution, and invest it in a darned good councilor. Freak!
