94th Minute Posted April 23, 2004 Report Share Posted April 23, 2004 I think i heard, not too long ago that the lottery still had over £1billion which they hadnt yet given out, now why dont they, instead of putting this into stupid projects (£20k to wetbury library for a clock!!) why dont they put it into cancer research or something like that, with that kindof money they could make alot of progress Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bow_Legged_Chicken Posted April 23, 2004 Report Share Posted April 23, 2004 Yep if a £1 a week can build a hut for a family, or feed a family for a lifetime surely a billion quid can solve all their problems and we can concentrate on our own? Or they could even put it into the government for road maintenance, that way so many bloody parking ticket wouldn't be given out. Infact why not use it to build some car parks in palces where they are needed? Or even to employ someone like me to bring some common sense into the government for a low price rather than a load of crap for a huge price.
