tully
The current downturn in form is not simply a 'blip', it's been evident for some consdierable time. Just 8 wins out of the last 33 league games at this level tells its own story. Unfortunately GJ chose not to make the necessary changes/improvements either in the January 2008 window or more significantly in the close season. Those decisions are now coming back to bite him. I'm not advocating that he should leave, but he now has to show a degeree of managerial skill to revitalise both the playing squad and the paying public. I hope he is up to the task in hand. Jordan Tansley
8 in 33 does not make pretty reading at all does it ? scary considering how much they were going on about promotion this season hopefully GJ will get rid of the dead wood; mccombe, Johnson, Ivan and Brooks. and what he brings in will improve the squad and add some bite to us MARVIN SON! THROW YOURSELF AROUND MATE!
SJC
The 'paying public' should take this opportunity to get behind the manager and the team rather than look to him for inspiration. We as a club are clearly struggling, the first real time since the 'hand grenade' incident and Johnson deserves, at very least our support and patience during this rare time of trouble.
