William Stand
The 2 biggest scape goats this season have been Johnson Jnr & Dele. Neither have played the last couple of games & to be fair it hasn't really been much better. It seems to that we can't get the whole team playing well for the full game. Ipswich we start well but then collapse (their 2nd goal is a horror show!), PNE we start well & collapse, against Swansea defensively we were sound but weak going forward & John missed 2 sitters. Whatever the reason for our poor form, it's certainly not just 1 or 2 individuals.
red army
It a bad phase which every team goes through. Also last year we did to well and now everyone expects the same when really were an average side in the championship and we just need to survive and build each season. vincent_bcfc
Everyones expectations are too high There are many players who have not performed to the high standards of last season and players just not playing to their potential and these do inlude lj and the but also people like Mcindoe, sproule, john, maynard, fontaine and even elliott Elliott has done well this season but he has been nowhere near as good this season as he was last season

Play Williams? No, he brings back Skuse, who works hard but produces very little in an attacking dimension. The last couple of games, especially the Swansea game, was an ideal opportunity to try a more creative midfield formation. There are a lot of fans who can't understand why the manager will not go for this type of line up.
fka dagest
It's an uncomfortable fact for some that LJ being missing from the team hasn't changed our fortunes in any way. Frankly, I'm looking forward to his collecting the ball from McCombe and playing it 'sideways' because it sure is more effective than another aimless McCombe long ball. However Swansea are a good team on a good run. By a country mile the strongest area is midfield - where they play 5. What would be saying had Noble or Williams played & we'd been taken apart & lost ??
