GrahamC Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 With the Portuguese defender and the Slovenian winger seemingly not thought up to requirements and rumoured to have been let go it would be good if someone could ask GJ on World (probably at the end of the transfer window) regarding these and any other trialists that we've had and as to his thought process on why we were interested in these players specifically and why they weren't thought to be worth a deal. I would think they were identified as they impressed, but in training day in day out its a different story - he would have been looking to see if thse guys would improve us - if they were better than what we already have - the answer must have been a no.
