Danny Wilson At Swindon

The same Danny Wilson who was having a drink on Baldwin Street early Saturday evening......perhaps he'd been to watch his love child, Flapper Philips at the Miserable Ground with a view to tabling a bid as Swindle arent shipping enough goals?

Someone on the sag forum said he was seen at Horfield on Saturday

It seems Wilson's appearance at Whorefield coincided with Phillips best performance in a long long time. It also led to a sarcastic bow from Phillips to the 'loyal' gasheads at the end of the game when they applauded him, further endearing him to the blue few! So basically he's as good as gone.

Not according to the Sunday Independent, which said his handling and kicking were suspect throughout.

He was shocking first half, and when he finnaly caught a ball without dropping it, bowed to the ironic cheer coming from the sags.

Wilson went at half time.....

Apparently Sheff Utd (wtf?) 500k and in BBC gossips column today Huddersfield with 750k?!?!!!

Lambert for 750k?

Half that at the most.

Unlikely there'll be any offers at all now that his ridiculously fortuitous, more fluke goals than could be reasonably expected in a 15 year career, 'purple patch' has ceased.

I see Amankwaah scored tonight.

One of the great unfulfilled talents, hope he comes good at Swindon and stays injury free.

was never the same after the car crash, despite getting back to full fitness. mentally it took him a long time to recover

signed by Gary Johnson from City to yeovil I believe?

You're right, ended up at Swindon after Yeovil, Swansea, Torquay & Cheltenham. Still only 26.
