It also led to a sarcastic bow from Phillips to the 'loyal' gasheads at the end of the game when they applauded him, further endearing him to the blue few! So basically he's as good as gone. He was shocking first half, and when he finnaly caught a ball without dropping it, bowed to the ironic cheer coming from the sags. Wilson went at half time..... Half that at the most. Unlikely there'll be any offers at all now that his ridiculously fortuitous, more fluke goals than could be reasonably expected in a 15 year career, 'purple patch' has ceased.
