Before that it looked like it was only a matter of time before we sold him off to The Championship/Premier League with a considerable profit going our way. His Town debut was amazing. He definately went to Everton on trial at one point. Roberto Martinez rated him as one of the best players he saw in League One too. Sadly for Brez, his form was far too erratic and when Danny Wilson came in Phil Smith was performing far better so he was released. I went to the Ajax game and if I'm honest I was a bit gutted seeing him in a City jersey. However, his performance was typical of Peter Brezovan - a couple of good stops but never looking fully comfortable and then making a silly error. It doesn't suprise me that he performed well against Cheltenham but put him up against a genuinely decent team with a bit of added pressure and he might/will struggle.
