Gerry Gows perm
Trouble is in Div 2 there is a salary cap of 60% of turnover, and as their avearge gate was around 4500 last season that aint gonna be much, unless they make a shed load from off field activities (but thats a lot of pies!). Cant see them being to make too many big signings more likely to go for experienced players towards the end of their careers (Trundle???), promising youngsters and a few bigger loan signings! Trust me when it comes to paying big salaries for players, they will find a way if they need to. There are bound to be several loop holes they can use to pay a player, for example sponsorship deals with players that are paid for by a company made up by the owners to sponsor and pay for the players. There is a way around everything!
