Esmond Million's Bung Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 The referee has to actually tell us once and for all, Why the goal was not allowed. Was it because he and his linesman did'nt see it cross the line? or was it because the linesman saw a push or other infringement? What I have found very interesting is, The TV dosen't actually show the linesman with his flag raised (again this has been suggested) However he did'nt return to the centre line for the re-start, Which is what generally happens. This is turning into a circus and the authorities have been slow to re-act to stop this by clarifying exactly why the referee did'nt allow this goal.
