Tim S
Ok I know that the word from within is that Trundle is not match fit.... maybe this might be the case that he isnt 100% fit. But surely he would be fit enough to play 20 mins from the bench if needed? Rather than have McCombe as the last attacking option. I just dont get what the poor guy has to do to get a game. I know his time at City is clearly coming to an end - but when times are desperate we need to use all available options, as the Basso situation has proved. Basso has refused to sign his contract but we are desperate for a keeper, so he is on the bench. So surely when we are down to limited striking options the same theory should be used and Trundle should at least be on the bench.
Rich-TWSC-
If you can't get on the bench in the League Cup against lower league opposition I think it's safe to say that you'll never see Lee Trundle in a Bristol City (first team) shirt again. RC1984
Not required yet we don't accept the only offer for him. Why pay wages on a player surplus to requirements?
