Gazred
Certainly a better footballer than he is a pundit, nice gesture though.
havanatopia
If it keeps him off he BBC higlights show, that's got to be good news! Absolutely. bcfcchris2016
i find it funny that he will be a player and he will be over 10 years older than the manager Matty Hale
CliftonCliff
the worse football pundit to ever walk this planet, on a par with roger malone! Steady on, mate, surely not. That's a bit strong: not even Claridge is that bad.

CliftonCliff
Not sure uncle would agree with that! I was hoping to goad him into sticking his head above the parapet, but he's not biting.
Eddie Hitler
I was hoping to goad him into sticking his head above the parapet, but he's not biting. I think he's banned for posting scurrilous rumours abdout gas players.

Drew Peacock
I hope he's made to wear shin pads this time. Never understood why he was the only player in the football league allowed to get away with not wearing them.
redredrobin21
Steady on, mate, surely not. That's a bit strong: not even Claridge is that bad. This is true, in fact I can think of a fair few worse pundits out there - Garth Brooks for one. Anyway I'm glad he's back playing, should reduce the amount of weekend threads criticising his punditry! It's also a nice gesture towards Weymouth and he hope he does well there. Show Me The Money!
I think people on here are a bit harsh on the guy. Ok, so he's not the best pundit in the world but anything is better than those dark days of Jed Pitman. Heard on Original FM that old Jed is trying to break some hand shaking record or something. Wonder if he's got past 10 yet.
Nogbad the Bad
This is true, in fact I can think of a fair few worse pundits out there - Garth Brooks for one. But his near namesake Garth Crooks is incredibly sincere.

John Barnes is about on Claridges level and they are both about as 'good' as each other at managing. I predicted Barnsey would be the first casualty in League 1.. i still do not think i will be far wrong unless of course Tranny have been caught in a vice over his contract in which case we shall see the Birkenhead boys in league 2 next season. Fancy letting Ronnie Moore go to end up with Barnes. Absolutely clueless board or was it Ebay that appointed him?
