Cider Army
Those who are going to the away game at newcastle lets just have one song for sir Bobby Robson to pay tribute to him and what he done for english football. Lets make it great day whatever the result!! You reds!

Cider Army
Id say before kick off just something simple like "Theres only one bobby robson" unless someone can come up with something different, nearly 3000 city fans singing that would be great!! Midge
I for one have been hoping for this since I the season began, but was worried that it all might fade away what with it being a few months after his death etc... I think it is a fantastic idea and simply "theres only one Bobby Robson" should be done just before kick-off when all goes a bit quiet during the coin toss. On the whole Newcastle fans are good people and would give us a lot of respect for doing such as thing
garlicbread
I agree with the sentiment, but why praise him at a place where he was treated so badly? Would it not be more appropriate to sing it at Ipswich where he had his most succesful spell?
Cider Army
Yes bobby was treated badly but he loved newcastle he loved football. Just seems a great venue on a large scale to pay respects.
