GrahamC
We don't get many, so let's not waste them by trying different players all the time. If Hartley isn't on the pitch please let's have Nicky Maynard taking them. And on the topic of penalties, having had a frankly dodgy 19 of them last season Cardiff had their SEVENTH of this season already today.

GJ seems to have taken a bit of a one strike (miss in this case) and you're gone policy, and he seems to remember last seasons misses as well! A Hartley/Maynard combo looks good to me. I have a feeling Nicky would be stepping up with a darn sight more confidence this season that he would last, he deserves another go. Although 12 yards might just be too close for him...... cider11
Having seen the penalty at the game and on SSN it was a well struck penalty. Keeper did well saving it though with a strong arm. At least it wasnt like a lot of the penalties we seem to have missed, the tame side footed attempts just off the ground and not really near the corner.
