So the rumour is that Hollohead is on his way out, current stories are:

John Gregory (ex-Derby) to take over

or Jim Smith (current assistant manager at Portsmouth) to take control with Martin Keown as his number 2.

Any one heard any different ????????

Interesting though that Nick Blackburn didnt rule it out totally...

he just said "I don't see any problems with Ian Holloway being manager next season - unless there are problems on his side."

apparently his contract is up for re-negotiation at the moment so I expect this has come about because hollowhead doesnt want to seem like a pushover in the contract talks (other irons in the fire etc)

Sounds like 14 players contracts are up too - bit lucky they went up this year or there would have been a mass exodus....
