bristolcitysweden
Southlands housing is not a problem. Build the housing on the stadium car park! The car park land should be closer to M5 with a PRT-system (Personal Rapid Transfer) running from the car park to the stadium and along A370, A3029 and 3-5 meters over River Avon to Temple Meads. Three seconds between each wagon. Average speed 40 km/h compared to busses 15 km/h in city due to all stops. Stations on sidetracks. Why not build the first green football stadium? Surely we can get some EC money for this! Think outside the box. http://www.vectusprt.com/prt/overview.php
mindjuicer
Looks expensive. Can't people walk any more? It occurs to me that if the Arena doesn't go ahead, parking could be shared with Sainsburys.
