Bris Red
Well im bored at work and was just watching an interview on the net with the couple from Newport (*shudder*) that won 40 odd million the other day. It got me thinking what would everyone do with that sort of money and would you donate 5 or 10 mill towards the new stadium or donate to the club in another way.. Personally i would be very tempted, obviously after living it up for a while buying the houses, holidays, cars, sorting out your family etc say you had 10 mill left, would you give SL and the Board a donation towards Ashton Vale?? CotswoldRed
I think I would certainly donate/invest in some way if I won £45m. There are other charities, family members etc I would donate to beforehand, but I reckon there would still be a few pennies left. Not sure that even a few million would make a huge difference though. BASSO
Probably not, would prefer to give money to charity or buy the gas and run them into the ground . How does the euromillions work anyway? Got a ticket for friday but how many numbers do I need to win money? Also WTF is the raffle about?
Hanhamreds
I would buy a box on the half way line at the Ashton Vale stadium, and I would invest in some shares as we are going places.
cheese
Buy the Gas, buy some expensive players on long contracts, and then walk away!! hehe Not sure what I'd do with the other £44,999,999 though
Rocky
Raffle starts next weekend, one UK ticket will win £1M, ticket cost goes up to £2. I think you need the two lucky stars and another number for £10, other than that I'm not sure.. I would possibly help in someway, although buying onto the board and sitting there like a plum might be a bit embarrassing! Perhaps the youth academy or a loan players wages could be covered?! 'Orns
I'd certainly donate some cash. Always fancied sitting in on discussions with a transfer target, so would donate if I could sit in the corner of the room and see how it all works. Sad, but there you go! Nibor
Invest, not donate, probably in academy facilities or something a bit longer lasting than signing first team players.
Carey 6
I would buy a share in city if thats possible?

Red_Mat
Isn't this bloke from Avonmouth originally? It's where his son and mum live, anyway. There's gotta be some percentage of a chance he's a red! Mind you, Avonmouth's more of a 'blue' area, isn't it? What if he turns out to be a sag!? Fingers crossed he's more of a rugby fan and wants the club to have their old ground back - without the tenants/squatters.

Fodbarmyarmy
Could not deny an investment in something that has been a part of my life for so long Maybe also a new "CITY BAR" type place in the new Ashton vale complex - something along the lines of Shearers bar up at Newcastle - loadsa photos and old kits and stuff over three levels - TV showing footie everywhere

Guest DanC
Wouldn't donate any tbh but what I would do is buy a large amount of shares so I can have a place on the board and a say in what goes on. Why would you give a club money so they can do what they want with it?
Mr Mosquito
If I won enough money I'd buy a large standing only area for our new ground where there's an amnesty for those that want to sing, stand and chant in a traditional 1970's environment. It'll be my present for our intrepid East Enders.
Chivs
I'd definitely donate £5M as long as I could play against Crystal Palace away. Up front. In my long trousers if it was cold.
054123
Personally i would try to buy the trusts way onto the board. How much would we need? Oh yeah, and i would also try to create an avenue of legends with statues along a walkway to the new stadium, or something else equally camp sounding. beaverface
I would buy Ashton Gate. Just because! I'd buy Ashton Gate also, and either give or rent it to Bristol Rugby. The day AG is demolished will be a sad day, so any way to preserve it, is a must in my eyes.

Philip Belgrave
Obviously there are many worth-while causes in the world deserving assistance Still, I would assist in making the John Atyeo Statue a reality and guarantee myself half a dozen of the best seats in the new stadium for myself and my descendents in perpetuity. Eddie Hitler
I would buy myself onto the board and get myself a modest seat with a good view, something like this one: I apologise in advance to the people sitting behind me.
