How many times did City players stumble and/or fall over today - about 20 How many times did Sheff U players stumble and/or fall over today - 0 that I saw This suggests to me that City were wearing the wrong studs - a problem that was not corrected. This is surely basic stuff. People have mentioned McCombe's lousy performance today. He looked to me like he was trying to play football while wearing ice skates. Of course this could be because his confidence was shot but equally if we was worried about slipping over that could have had a psychological effect.
