Hi!! Just managed to mess up trying to key in my correct switch details and it's now saying to contact customer-services; how do we go about unblocking this or whatever as I need to get my tickets tonight!! It's requesting Start date of card which isn't shown on my switch card-I can find that out from my bank now but need my account to be reset!!

Seems I've probably been defaulted as a bad-payer or something for being unable to follow the online instructions!! Got no Start-date on my card(HSBC) so couldn't get it to work!!

Richard's kindly taken a contact number and my details to get it sorted first thing tomorrow!! Thanks again, you're a star!!
