It's not that hidden, read some QPR forums. Briatore and Paladini interfere in everything and then blame and sack the manager when it inevitably goes wrong. Sorry but forums are not to be trusted, you must have seen how many lies get posted on here every week with someone pretending they know whats going on. I get the impression that it is common knowlege in the game that the managers arent being allowed to manage QPR.I saw Ian Dowie on tv a few times, without him blatenly stating it, it was obvious that he didnt have the last say on what team he picked.
